1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. Eligibility Conditions

• Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging.
• Returns are only accepted for products in a resellable state.
• Final sale or clearance items are not eligible for return.
• Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email) is required.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at support@pilatessempower.com within 30 days of delivery. We will provide step-by-step return instructions.

4. Return Method & Shipping

• Return Method: By mail to our Abu Dhabi address (see below).
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect, in which case we will provide a prepaid label at no cost.
• Restocking Fees: None

5. Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 14 business days. Shipping fees (if charged) are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

We accept exchanges. To exchange an item, contact us within 30 days and follow the return process above.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
